SPRAY PUMP SORT AND PLACE
Spray pumps with overcaps and dip tubes are sorted in a Farason pocketed sorter such that they exit the sorter with the dip tube upward. The pumps enter a c-chute for re-orientation and then exit onto a conveyor. Missing overcaps or dip tubes are identified in the sorter and ejected prior to the c-chute. Spray pump assembly is then inserted into the bottle. (read more)
PLASTIC LEMON SORTING AND PUCK LOADING
Three sizes of plastic lemons and limes are sorted, oriented and fed single file onto a conveyor by means of two Farason pocketed sorters that then feeds the lemons to a continuous motion rotary turret assembly that accepts both streams of lemons as well as empty pucks. The multi-layer starwheel assembly mates lemons into pucks and dischagres filled pucks back onto the production conveyor. (read more)
