	Submersible		Submersible devices are designed to function optimally while underwater.
	Synchronization		The alarm, annunciator, or control panel provides built-in synchronization of audible signals or strobes. NFPA 72 requires visual appliances to flash in synchronization in rooms or areas where there are two or more visual devices that are not a minimum of 55 feet apart. NFPA 72 requires that fire alarm signals be distinctive in sound from other signals and used for that purpose only. This is known as the three-pulse temporal pattern.
	System Test		The system is capable of self-testing.
	Telephone Handset		The panel contains a telephone handset, or a firefighter's phone.
	Volume Control Option		The alarm contains an adjustable volume control.
	Web Enabled		Device contains hardware and software protocols such as Hypertext Transfer Protocol (http) or Web Access Protocol (WAP) for being addressable to, or a node of, the World Wide Web for remote monitoring or communication.
