The MKS Instruments 247 4-channel,sequentially selectable simple readout is designed to control anddisplay any flow meter or controller. The flow rate set point can beadjusted either through front panel controls or remotely through therear panel analog interface. The half-rack size instrument supplies ±15VDC power. The 247D Four Channel Power Supply/Readout is for use withMKS Instruments models 358, 558, 1150, 1359, 1559, 1179, 1479.
